I just love how the balloons she has with her is her Cutie Mark. That's really amazing!
Her fingers still have that... talon-like feature, and I would prefer having them more round. Although, if we see some finger nails, then it would be fine. I'm taking a wild guess: she'll paint them pink. xD
I think I would put a slightly more curl to her hair, however it might mess up the picture. So that is very well done!!
It's like taking a picture.... anime style 
I'm really straining to find more problems... and if there are, it's very small. Ya see, I'm not a good artist
