Thinner lines for cracks tend to work better. It's still a sweet pic.

Well that's a very nice piece; not sure how 'new' you are to airbrushing, but this sure is a great start. Cool atmosphere and I like the eyes a lot.
I assume you did this by digitally airbrushing, like, with Photoshop or something? If I might drop two hints (hope I don't sound like patronizing, itΓs just since you asked), I feel the tentacle-like white hair around her head is a great idea, but for my taste, too blurry; one also can notice the patches/spots where you stopped painting. Maybe try to create a selection and - in case you work with PS or something with similar options - turn this into a path, then fill it with colour, rather than painting free-handedly. I am no airbrusher myself, but hear even the Pros ('real' airbrushers as well as virtual ones) do that, rather than doing everything freehanded, so there is no need not to The veins are a bit unsharp (for my taste, that is), too; hint: you might try to paint these on a separate layer, and then add a very slight embossing layer effect (not an embossing filter, though) to them. This would make them stand out a bit (only in case you want that, of course).
What I love are the blood smears and stains - much more realistic than any I could do. great work on these

I think next time you need to work on the hair a bit more because it doesn't neccessary look realistic...alot of the rest is good though
