Image I completed yesterday. Stonemason for the foreground buildings, the background was made using the free sample kit from Kitbash3D's Victorian set. One of these days I may treat myself to the complete set, but it's a bit beyond my budget at the moment.Related content

Curse you! I hate pictures that lure me into building yet another story around them! Last time, it became a 3-novel-Scifi-concept, of which the first book alone took four years until publication.
No, of course I'm joking! I love pictures that spawn stories, I only have to discipline myself not to open Word each time... Great work, and I hope you have a story you can tell me so I don't have to think out my own...

Apologies and many thanks for your wonderful comments...I'm so glad you like it. I had a rough story running through my head at the time of an American heiress from Boston who travels to England to visit the Minerva Club, a clandestine all female society fighting evil supernatural forces in a vaguely steampunkish world, but none of that really came out in the final image. Another idea was that she is a domestic maid about to enter the service of a mysterious aristocrat, and adventure awaits just beyond that glowing doorway that she could never of imagined....

You could combine both. Then she would be a young american woman that came over to England with her boss, but he died and left her alone in a foreign country. So she looks up the paper for jobs, and finds a strange Lady living a very secluded life who looks for an executive housekeeper. Now she stands in front of that door, not knowing the Lady is one of Englands finest Demonslayers and First Lady of the Shield, an all-women organization protecting the land from supernatural powers. But since she's a smart girl, she will find out...

Tee-hee, I'm still busy with my Sci-Fi project. At the moment, Novel 2 is in the making. I can support you, if you like, but I have no time to spare, unfortunately. My three little kids consume most of it...

This looks really fantastic and creates an authentic old "London" atmosphere. Also the mixture of cold and warm light is always good.
