Uhhh, Ive been inactive lately.Anyway, school's started, blah blah blah
This isnt much more than something to keep my gallery from the brink of death lol, just some progress ive made with PS recently.

Approx. 4 hours to complete, 3 hours+ messing around and practicing techniques

Well now my practicing feels ... forlornly bad ^_^ School's started here too, but man - summer break was my off time! This might be practice, but it's an inspiration to get me off my mouse and grab that pen ^.^ Fantastic job.

actually im in this advanced art class now, and before this ive never really been in an environment where other artists in my age bracket can give me a run for my money. sooooo me being a stubborn little jerk i have to go on a few training montages to secure my superiority xD

I've been feeling the same way with photo manipulations (sort of) - my class just started doing those and there are people who don't even know what Photoshop (or GIMP) is o.O I felt great - until I got on here and was totally humbled ^__^ Great job, and you certainly should at least gain some security by doing these!

im up against some interesting competition this time. everyone in the class is qualified for college art classes, and you need to be upper bracket for our age group to even get in o_o its intense.

Good luck - one trifling suggestion might be to work on a bit of contrast (it's kinda hard to see some of the shading on the white) but then again, I'm hardly qualified to make suggestions - I can't paint in photoshop (or digitally at all) worth braincells ^____^

actually yeah, ive been thinking the same thing.
white cloth is a pain to work with x_x
anyway, i tried raising the contrast slightly, but it sort of turned the white into this ugly gray color so i was like blegh. lol
