Another in my growing series of footage-still studies from the Wings of Madness. I do these studies because it is a form of practice for when I don't know what to do next. (For aspiring artists, it is also important to practice other things like human anatomy, creature anatomy, etc). In this particular frame, the study was good practice for texture, as well as overall mentally refreshing on measuring placements of objects on a page compared to whatever reference I'm observing.

In the actual music video, this scene is really short, the owl winks at the camera, and I think it's pretty damn cool.
