isn't that photomanipulation? Because it doesn't look painted at all.
By photomanipulation I mean: adding pictures, making overlays and change the values untill you reach the result you wish. I think I've seen the background before on a poster somewhere.

Yes I used a little silhouetted sunset picture I found years ago, not sure exactly where it's from now as this is an old piece. This picture is actually only a portion of the whole image I made, but yes this bit is more of a photo manipulation-overpainting... not really sure of what to call it, as I added more druid cat form features to suit what I wanted.
I will try to be clearer in my descriptions so thank you for bringing it to my attention

I love it. The colours are amazing and the silhouette is great. Love how the cat is roaring/yawning. Very well done
