Some fans like to think that but personally I think he's too young to be her father. In my opinion, either Leo or Scar is Nala's father.

probably rather nalas daddy is leo because if scar was, the love between nala and simba would be incest. but incest isnt that much uncommon for real life lions... but since disney let it appears like a shiny perfect thing, the theory of scar being nalas father, and so the incest love between nala and simba, is nonsense. additionally we know that vitani and nuka are scars cubs and they clearly show similaryties with scar but nala does not so from disney side, nala is either daughter of leo or some other male that is never mentioned in the books
