Oh my God! How much detail is in that background?! I love the stylised tree, especially, and the raven - it makes me think there';s a story to the bird as well...

The elf is really well rendered, and I can't help but wonder that's making him so sad... Beautiful pic

Das ist wunderschön Feraz, auch wenn Du Hintergründe nicht magst oder auch Bäume, dafür hast Du es wundervol gemeistert

You shouldn't hate trees...they give us air, and they're beautyfull, and they're green, and.....but most importantly- you draw them very well, so why hate them ? I love the fact, that it's not a normal "straight" tree, but a twisted and interesting looking one
The elve looks concerned, it's clear that something is troubleing his mind...(and I like that he is sitting on one of the tree's roots... really nice touch )
I love all those details here, hun . That one had to take you a lot of time to finish, and you worked really hard on it . Also- the watercolor effect really suits the mood here ....and yes, I agree- it must be one of your greatest works. What to say more?

Feraz, this is really a remarkable picture. Especially when you say that you don't like to draw backgrounds and trees - both came out very detailed and very good colored. This thinking-pose of the elf and the crow sitting over him like a dark cloud over his mind - a very good composition. Really well done. Keep it up! And don't be afraid of backgrounds. I force myself to draw them right now - and I'm surprised what can come out. ^.^

Aurrr....yes, Feraz, this has got to be one of your best! It's beautiful! The exquisite detail on the elf's clothes and his swyaing hair! Plus, that tree looks fantastic, and I'm not exaggerating. The way it twists about and how he's casually sitting on it- it's just so darn beauitul! Plus, that's a funky raven up there! XD

What program did you use? It looks too good to be Photoshop!

Wow, I love this! It's so detailed; the background is certainly something to be proud of! I love the twsiting roots of the tree and the raven that's perched up above. The detailing on the wall and inset shelves is also super neat. It's one of those pictures you could look at again and again and still find something new and interesting each time
