Your colouring and style have changed so much <3
The details in the newer one are well placed, and the variation of details, versus the same weeds/fish, definitely show more variety.
I like your colouring style, it's so soft, but the colour and shadow contrasts are amazing.
I like the changes to her design as well; her more bare frame makes sense for a water dweller, since more clothing would only slow you down.
The fin looks amazing! The flow of colour as it reaches the green/blues is very well donw.
I notice that there is more definition between the foreground and background now =3 Like how the corral is obviously right in the front, while the fish are further back. <3
All in all, wonderful improvement!
