Description My part of a trade with *C-C-Corone , of her character Mordai wandering in the forest. I actually didn't expect this to be finished just yet, but I had some extra time today so here it is. I've been wanting to improve my backgrounds, so I worked a lot on this one.
I very much hope you'll like it, *C-C-Corone , and that I got this character right. I really enjoyed drawing him!

I enjoy it..for manes and tails but if I had to do it for the whole animal it would takes me weeks

Hehe! I used to think it was a pain too, but I never managed to teach myself to to cell shading or anything like that, so I simply had to. xD

Oh I don't bother with cell shading..then that is partly because I'm not that keen on in and partly because I don't know how to do it...

Oh my, this is truly beautiful.
I love the pale, calm colors you usually choose for your works.
Fur is wonderful, and so are the face details.

Oh my, he looks so beautiful! And I love the background too!
I especially love his expression, very gentle and soft, and yet there's something sad over it, which I really enjoy. It suits the character very well!
Altogether, it's a very beautiful portrait of a very neglected character. Thank you very much!

I like the bark texture very much, but if I were to pretend to be my art teacher she..errm I would say that you sould cut the legs off that far down, it might be better to show it all than cut limbs.
Unless you are lazy cause then I totally feel you

Oh, I'm sure your art teacher would just hate me, what with all the silly mistakes I do without realizing! I did think about drawing the limbs from time to time, but yeees... I am very much too lazy. :3

Haha yeah, at least now I've learned not to cut off/avoid drawing parts of the limbs, I've noticed I do it a lot.
