There's a Doctor Who competition on Blue Peter where you get to visit the SET and have your alien made into an actual costume to be used in the show (I think)!!! But I'm too OLD to enter it!
Still I had a go anyway. I got really stuck as to which colours to use on it. It looked like it should be an aquatic creature, but I tried to make it look more... poisonous... like it could hide in the sand quite easily. Just imagine that it's planet is covered in reddish sand. I don't know whether to send it in anyway and say "hey look, I know I'm too old but just take a look anyway?"Maybe the competitions over already and I don't even know it. Oh well.

is the face an exoskeleton or a mask. i like the alien, its claws give it extra alieness to it, as well as the tentaclethingies

Eek! I woul;dn't like to meet THAT on a dark night! I can just see Rose seeing it approaching, and jumping into the Doctor's arms saying "Doctor, what now? Get rid of it!"

That age restriction thing sucks as! This would be sooo appropriate for the show. It's really eeirie looking, I think the mask makes it particularly creepy, beautiful shading and i'm loving the design of the claws. I spikes on the back and head are especially cool.

Oh my gosh, it's scary, it really is. I'd hate to see that sucker looking at me through the window (aaah, Signs!) .. I like the colours you chose, I think it's scarier as a plant..poison creature anyways. Great work! Shame about the contest tho..
