Good. Like the idea, but i'm not sure, that you need the other arm (and the elbow) in the picture. hand and a face. That is what carries the idea (at least this is how i get the idea of it). Maybe that'll work out better, maybe it won't. gve it a try

heh.... heres a tip..... go down to your local photostudio and make friends! make sure its privatly run and not like a big chain! you can usually tell cos there will be 3 people who only work ther..... they should have a studio and once youve made good enough aquaintances with them just ask if you can use it.... it mite not be for free at first but if theyre not using it that often they should just let you use it

BIG UP!' being apreciated is one thing but criticism is essential if anyone wants to develop themselves.... its the reason i joined DA and i have much respect for people who can pull off good crit without sounding like and asshole..... wich you do very well!

I like the handwriting (no pun intended). The lighting is great with the black background really giving a great effect. The fact the person's face is hidden mostly from view and in the shadow of their hair creates an added element which is interesting. The pose is dynamic, stretching out as though in motion yet the depth of field is kept so the whole person is in relatively sharp focus. Nicely framed and composed too.

Yeah those lights are hot and uncomfortable to stand around. Got great shots out of it though. I think we had a light metre die on us too once but we found another one. Hehehe.
