This is a great composition and the lighting is great.. I know it's just the sun.. but still.. perfectly great shot

Thank you. .. just the sun? It's the best lightsource on the planet for photographs. Most film and most digital cameras and color balanced for outdoor light. I loooove using sunlight for my photos. (It's cheap, too! lol)

well I wasn't insulting the light source of sun... yes of course it's a great lighting option for photographers and movie producers... I know... heh and yes it's more than cheap

I want to see someone give me a sexy bird beak in one of these pictures. XD I would die. It would be hysterical and I would love it. It would be fun to be a bird lady. A hoity-toity feather-preening bird lady.

It would be fun ^.^ I don't have the skill for bird beaks etc. I'm elf ears, dreamscape sort of surreal type O.o

These are interesting. I wouldn't mind seeing more of them, although the lighting on the others seems to make the feathers less visible. Regardless, I can tell you had a lot of fun. I love the fan in the pictures, both for form and for the interesting shadows and lights it makes.

I would have loved to hang up a black backdrop and filtered the sunlight for some shots, so I could get detailed portraits with just the feathers and no weird shadows. But sadly, I did not have the stuff I needed to do so.
.. but I'm definitely sticking feathers to my face again. XD It was a riot.
