Actual spelling of name: P'thia. Not that it matters, because I just made it up off the top of my head anyway. She's been captured by a greedy king who wants a pet mermaid. (Note the ropes binding her arms back.)

I started with a reference picture and then completely changed it, as always. .. why even bother starting with one in the first place? ^-^ Drawn with an "F" pencil. Am currently working on coloring it in Photoshop.
