It's photoshop work.
Tilt-shift lenses are expensive...

It's cool though. I've heard some places will actually let you rent one, but it's still not exactly cheap.

Yeah, some shops are renting lenses, but, unfortunately it's still too expensive...
Photography isn't cheap hobby
