It's Shrinky-Dink paper. PROFESSINAL Shrinky-Dink paper. I got mine at Micheals. Jo Ann has them as well.

I drew and coloured Edward on this special plastic sheet that shrinks and turns into hardplastic when heated. Originally, the Edward was about 1.5 inches tall on the flimsy plastic, and once it shrunk, it was that tiny and turned into hard plastic. That's as detailed as I can get...sorry @_@
