Here is a regional variant for Hoppip!I thought it would be fun to make a regional variant for Hoppip based on another plant that is known to move with the wind: Tumbleweeds!
In the Nahuah region, Hoppip starts off as a ground type, playing in the mud with a plant on its head. As it evolves, the plant will begin to wither, marking Hoppip's need to start tumbling in order to spread its seeds.
