"Скрепы" ("Bonds" in Russian) is similar to the word "Скрепки" ("Paperclips" in Russian).Ѣ is E pronounced as the native voice of Faceless from "Gone With The Ghosts" or like "e" in the words like "lemon", "kettle", etc. Ѣ was removed from Russian alphabet after the revolution.
