This is for ~radioactive-pudding , cos she loves this film and cos I'm sorry for still not having watched all of it.
And cos I said I wanted to draw Basil. Who, as it turns out, is a lot of fun. 8D
Anyways, I doubt Basil and Ratigan actually sit around and talk about stuff like this, but oh well.
Basil and Ratigan are from The Great Mouse Detective, which is (c) to Disney. And stuff.
