This quite nice although I wasn't too big a fan of the orange feel to the 2 pics. Those reddish square pictures blend with the bg perfectly. Oh, and the orangey pics seem to need a bit of touch up, unless that was the effect you were aiming for.

I really love the bright colours and contrast.
The only thing I can see is that some parts around him you can see it pixelated and colours of the original background.
But I love it.

About the parts you can see around him, that was actually kind of meant to be there to get a "cut-out" sort of feeling to the piece.
