hahaha no people huh? lol there is over ten million of them in this valley. this street isn't even all that old, those palms are over 50 years old and were there long before this paved road ever was. It was an old dirt farm road, with the new paved public road squeezed in between the old palms. Most Ca roads are way past due for needing redone. Yeah, when trees are in a forest I like them all naturally laid out, but this is as a perimeter, usually for identification/marking and stuff.

lol spend the money on the people ehehehhe the state get's their money from the people if it goes back to them that would be inefficient, they should just not take it in the first place. The biggest problem with the state's money isn't not giving it to the people, but being spent on worthless things only special interest groups are wanting, and the big time expenditures funding bureaucracies. Everything is so overdone it is insane. The DMV for instance is so complicated and they want so many things and make everything so stupid and are such sticklers over ever little thing they make the whole system screwed up. You can't even do much online even! Other states are way ahead of CA with that stuff, because they keep it more simple. They don't have 20 forms to fill out and 20 settings to set and 20 requirements to meet first (each of those needing everything above) so it just "gets done" and is cheaper. You don't wait in line for ever to do all the nonsense, because there is none there. Better yet, just do it online. But no, CA has all their nonsense, and all their insistence of it, spending a dollar to save a penny, because they don't want at all to lose that poor penny. So yeah, hahahaha I got off a little there but yeah CA is screwed up, they take in so much money, and are so broke. Other states are doing so much better off, with so much less money, and I'm talking per capita, not gross! Why? Other states don't have a bureaucracy for every little thing. They don't even have the thing to begin with, CA not only has it, but a big fat bureaucracy for it! If I was in charge I would shut them down first thing. Fire all the bungling bureaucrats and make them work for a living rather than sucking up the working citizens tax dollars, and lease out their office building and actually bring in some money to the state. Actually help the state out then, rather than harass and collect from citizens acting like they are so evil. If they don't like it, then they can go move. They can go to France. You got me going now hahahaha! You actually said use the money to help the people too not give the money to them. I'm not really big on any government sponsored entitlement programs. That causes dependence. You DONT want a society dependent upon the government! That is how they get to control you. Why do you think you had your guns taken away? Why do governments not like citizens having guns? Why is it a right identified in the US Constitution? Yes, Guns prevent governmental takeovers of the people. They lie to you saying they kill people. Guns dont kill people people do! Go bans cars! When the government has its people dependent on it (keep in mind, what ever is provided, can likewise be taken away) you DONT have a righteous setup that way unless they leadership is righteous, and humans are not. We all fall short of that. So only God can you be dependent of. I serve no man, but God alone. God is governmental, but He is not political. There is no corruption with Him.
