another super mario character! WHO'S ACTUALLY A QUEEN AND NOT A PRINCESS - yay

i'm not 100% sure what role Queen Evina will play in the universe
- she could possibly be a villain for my mermaid ocs Ondina and Basille, and threaten their mermaid kingdom - like an Ursula character but not an aquatic creature and would want to take over the mermaid kingdom to fuel her plants, as they run on water and magic

BUT
i know i want Queen Evina to be Princess Peach's rival, and her hatred for Peach would lead to her eventually kidnapping her!
she would ALSO have a rivalry with Bowser:
-as they're both villains
-and she has the power over plants and he can breathe fire (so they're almost polar opposites in powers and so are bound to be enemies)
-- SO, on this particular rescue mission to save Princess Peach: Mario and Bowser will have to form an unlikely alliance, to team up to save Princess Peach from Evina - Bowser would agree to such a teamup only to save his reputation as Evina as gone on record and embarrassed Bowser by kidnapping a princess he's known to kidnap and mocks him for his failures in the past
-- ALSO a threat that opposes the unlikely duo on this adventure: Evina would turn Princess Peach into an enchanted flower, and the more petals she loses, the more permanent the spell will be on Princess Peach (like a twisted Beauty and the Beast~), so the quest that Mario and Bowser have to partake on is also a time cruncher (inspired by the 3 days deadline in Nintendo's Majora's Mask game)

a little on what makes Evina tick:
Evina can controls plant monsters (and can use magic, as she transformed Peach into an enchanted flower)
- Evina is also menacing as she gains assistance from the piranha plants from her apprentice: the princess of piranha plants (sta.sh/01ohcb7s1b0a )
--> might give her a wand or an amulet to control her created plant creatures with - i don't necessarily think it'd be best if she was born with the gift, THOUGH maybe she already has a natural affinity for interacting with the pirhana plants and other plant creatures/monsters
