I won't deny it - I LOVE TEAM ROCKET!I think they're not given enough credit in the show. Like, seriously. I mean, they treat their pokémon way better than Ash often does, and they seem to really care. Also, they're really funny, too. They have some of the best punchlines. Without them, the show would lose its touch for me.
I've just recently watched episode 13 "Training Daze" of the season "Chronicles", and I ship them harder than ever now. James is so great and caring, and so is Jessie!

Mauzi hat früher auch immer zu meinen Lieblingen gehört. Und genau wie Ilei mochte ich von den Startern auch Shiggy am liebsten.
Ja, aber sie haben aufgehört, Babies zu verkaufen, weil sie ja nicht the filthiest people alive geworden sind. Das war schon sehr schlimm.

Thanks, honey! They really are such lovable characters, and in my opinion they're the ones running the show, too! Without them, I don't think I'd really stick to watching anything from the TV series, lol.
And they don't even act like they don't care, if you focus on the scenes where they're with their pokémon, you'll totally notice they often care MUCH more than Ash and his friends do. E.g. look at this scene where they let Arbok and Wheezing go, just to save them from a poacher. And then, in the 8th movie "Lucario and the Mystery of Mew", there's a scene (couldn't find it anywhere, so I can't link it here) where they're getting attacked in a cave and release their pokes from their balls to save them. Also, their relationship with Meowth says enough already.

I know dude, they really do bring another level to Pokemon. I mean, the show is good and all but it gets really monotonous without some sort of drama or comedy to pull it all together.
Thankfully, Jesse and James really bring it there.
Ive seen lots of episodes as well where they're very compassionate to their Pokes. I love that even though they tease Meowth, they really do love him. Ive seen several episodes in the past where something happens to him and they get really upset about it.
Frankly, its sad that even Team Rocket are better trainers then Ash ever becomes. Lol.

that's the manliest James I've ever seen. I want to do fan art of these guys sometime too, I don't watch the show at all but from what I have seen (mainly the first movie) they are the most memorable characters.
