No the problem is that people feel the need to look for problems.
Posting it publicly is rude and can be embarrassing for the person it is directed at.
I had someone do this to me too and I was devastated because I had done nothing wrong and the person wasn't even correct about the 'problem' they were addressing. It was straight up embarrassing. 

What I am saying I guess is just to get all of the facts before jumping in to point out an issue.
The design was already approved before she adopted the vernid from its previous owner.
