Some aspects of it might be useful. Most of the black and white functions are the same, it's just a matter of finding the same buttons! (I'm still working on finding them all myself, heh.) The screenshots probably won't be much help anymore. ;____;
The pens are the same, as far as I can tell. The tones pretty much work the same, too, so long as you remember to select a tool other than 'operation', which is what the program automatically switches to when you put a tone down. (Took me a while to get that OTL)
One nifty thing about MS 5 is that the paint bucket tool has a 'close gap' property which you can adjust now, so the section of this tutorial where I go on about making sure lines are closed doesn't really apply anymore, which is so much easier. x'D
