Such a fabulous work.
I saw Macbeth performed at the American Shakespeare Centre a few weeks back.
It was absolutely great.

Thanks ^^

"The American Shakespeare Centre" makes me laugh XD I'm so used to the traditionalness of "The Royal Shakespeare Company" and "The Globe Theatre" that I forget the rest of the world likes it too XD

I love Shakespeare and I've made it my goal to visit the Royal Shakespeare Company before I die.
Lovely picture again!

This looks great!

I really love the contrast of the hands with the colors in the center; it makes for a really unique composition!

Thanks initially it was meant to be just a black and white drawing but the black and white one came across a little dull... so I threw colour at it! XD

Either way, I'm sure it would have turned out great- but I really do think that the colors adds some really nice contrast!

love this, the hands are really well drawn and i love that the hands aren't coloured, the splash of colour from the candle is brilliant

thanks ^^ they're my hands which I had to draw in a mirror XD getting the right hand done was esp hard cos you can't draw and and look at it at the same time XD

i always struggle with hands for that reason, so i usually steal a family member or friend and get them to pose their hands for me ^^ i'm still no good at drawing them though

I did another drawing I haven't uploaded where it's from the perspective of the viewer holding their hands out in front of them. I used my own hands to get the angle right. I have a quite destinctive hand shape, and it was only after I did it that I realised now lady macbeth's hands have to remain consistent ¬¬

sounds like an interesting picture, are you going to upload it?

no, you don't get the full effect of the picture without the dual layered nature it is in the book. (the drawing is on tracing paper which layers on top of spots of red, so the red isn't ACTUALLY there, because Lady Macbeth is halucinating them)
