Stunning... Those eyes, those eyes!

I don't see anything that could be added to better the work...

Maybe the background, but if so, it would lessen the impact of the eyes...
If you don't want the viewer to wander through the work, like the Mona Lisa, let it be as is.

As it is, the viewer goes right for the eyes, from there to the hair on the shoulder, then to the hand, and goes back to the eyes. A circular traveling that never leaves the work.
