The background sucksTell me how to fix, please? ;u;
[edit] I would rather do a simple background that doesn't look horrible than one that's trying to be cool but falls flat. :/

I used the palette that *ClassyMustache gave me~ I tweaked the pink a little so it'd fit him slightly better...
I'm so horrible at backgrounds though

I have it on DVD. Basically, Joe's uniform is white with (I think) pale blue buttons, a red scarf and the usual boots. Of course, most of the shading on his uniform is done to light blue so I dunno if the buttons are matching or if they're blue. And now my brain wants to say their still yellow, but I don't think they were.

I think perhaps to make the background better you could create a bigger contrast between the back blue and the speedline blue. It would give it a more speedy effect. Other than that though I have no Idea, but it's best to keep it simple as you said
