This is the best pixel art ever.. At first, I seen it. And fell in love with the colours and style.. I then quickly realised that it was done with Pixels.. This left me astonished.

I just used the binary pencil tool or something in Paint Tool SAI and from there it's basically like cel shading~ :"D
