This is your character? I don't think the animation looks bad at all! The tail is usually the hardest part, that's true.

I know... I think you will get better if you watch wolf behavior and practice anatomy more Or get another animation/art program CX
Did you get inspired by the animation I edited? It looks eerily similar XD

lol. yes and no. I had been working on that for for the last few months, but had not started working on it again until the last few days. And I completely agree with the movements. Wolves are a lot like horse in movements, but have small differences that make them wolfy. They also have a shorter stride and more power in the front half, whereas a horse's powerhouse is in the rear.  As for the art program i'll admit i'm stubborn. I have flash cs6, but i'm not willing at the moment to learn it. The animation process is a lot like photoshop, but it has labeled key frames and frames rates. The color is another thing, it is harder to add shading and details. I used to animate in flash and color in PSD.
