I'm only bothered by one thing... the Argent eagles on the Ermine Mantle, the collars overlapping and the frame of the shield which becomes something else as the collars separate it from the shield (all mere aesthetic issues)... The rest excels in technique.

Nope. It's from an EU3 game, so there's nothing odd with the Lusignans of Cyprus going on a mad crusading/conquering spree.

It's an epic series that manages to avoid The Dan Brown syndrome...despite the premise being a secret battle between the Knights Templar and Assassin Order over thousands of years.

I'd recommend the Assassin's Creed 2 set. They're mainly set in the Renaissance and involve a LOT of Italian action.

Not exactly: I'm thinking something reflecting the multicultural nature of the a federalized version (almost like a tighter EU or something) A crescent and star included but not the only thing on the flag is what I'm thinking.
