Because I LOVE mustaches!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You know how this thing happened? I drew Volger (sketched from Keith's wonderful drawings) and then I decided that his mustache was amazing.
But wait! Tesla's mustache was also amazing! (even though the character isn't as cool as volger)
so i was in a bit of a predicament, and decided that the only way to solve it was to make them fight over the right to have my favorite mustache in the series.
Klopp, Hoffman, and Bauer forfitted for not being crazy and/or sneaky enough.
Goliath was awesome, and it belongs to Scott Westerfeld and Keith Thompson... or something

I would appriciate if you did. Maybe something with hats? I mean, Barlow's got that awesome bowler, and I think some of the other guys have sweet ones as well.

(Also, Tesla is going to win the battle without a doubt. Volger has a metal sword, and Tesla has an electricity walking stick. Metal conducts electricity.

No, but if Volger were to disarm him, I don't think he would take his weapon; it would be much faster just to flick away the walking stick and stab him.
You know, now that I think about it, the battle would probably end with Volger electrocuted to death, and Tesla dead from getting stabbed (but the electricity would singe off Volger's mustache, and Tesla's would remain

really? I could have sworn in leviathan when deryn was climbing back into the stormwalker it showed bauer and hoffman with mustaches.
