Thank You.. What do you mean HOW ?:

If you want to know the Exif data which will tell you what camera I used and most of the settings they are over on the right side and I took the photo on Manual also used Manual Focus. I also used a tripod Hoping that is what you mean by HOW..

I managed to get six quick shots off before that brown fly flew off with the green fly nature is amazing dont you think..

In my wonderful garden I get lots of insects I would not dream of baiting anything

And if you look in my gallery you will find plenty of insects doing what comes naturally even a tiny spider dragging a bee to eat it I should imagine
