It looks as though she is unwrapping her bandaged stump as she looks in the mirror and cries as she sees it, perhaps for the first time since it has healed up and the finality of it has just struck her, you have caught her emotion beautifully so sad. It must be very hard for a pretty girl to feel that she will never be the same and perhaps she will imagine that no one will want her now she only has one leg?

You got that right, it's her first time looking at her body in that condition, I tried to make the mirror more apparent but it messed the composition a bit too much so it's nice to see people still noticing that detail.
