Description
Here's Basch in his old Captain of the Guard uniform, riding a chocobo. Oh feel the angst!The chocobo was hard to do XP What started out as a quick doodle turned into 2 days worth of work because of it. I drew Basch in 2 minutes though @_@
Done in OC4Plus and PSP7.
It's meant to be scribbly. Thinking of turning this into a wallpaper.

Love the sketch feel to this image although I wouldnt say it's opne of your best. It kinda reminds me of that character in metal gear solid, cant remember what he's called though (not 'Snake' - one of the other guys on Playstation) hmm...

For some reason, I found the image very powerful accompanied by the words. Your sketches have a lot of feeling in them, even when they're relatively simple. I really admire that ability.

Thanks! I really try to get a good solid idea with a lot of emotion in them before I can really flesh it out in a drawing. Partly why I'm not a very prolific artist. XP

Wooooowww. I love it. The colors and "scribbly" feel to it make the picture quite striking. I think it /should/ be made into a wallpaper. It's quite lovely.

I just wanted to work on my lighting. It's usually weird in the pictures I do. And I also wanted to work from building the volumes then adding some lines, instead of the other way around.

Well I think it looks great. I like the style of the chocobo and Basch, how its not clean line-art or anything. It adds to the scene effect I think.
