Granted, I didn't include Emperor Gramis and his Empress (?) but I think it still fits.Just something I thought up while playing through FFXII (at the Pharos at Ridorana now).

It's mentioned that Vayne did in his own elder (?) brothers for treason against the Emperor.

I just thought of showing the whole family in happier times. I always imagine that the Imperial palace has a large rose garden, so that's where the brothers are hanging out. Vayne is about 15 and Larsa has just been born. The two elder brothers have just come back after being away.
I had trouble making up names:
Revenal Gran Solidor: the eldest, serious brother. I like to think that he's a prominent member of State and really active in public office. That's why he wears a rose corsage (LOL) as a badge of office. Vayne idolises him.
Lamont Nerinas Solidor: gentle general of Archadia's Northern Armada. Kind of an oxymoron, but he's a peace-loving guy. Heavily decorated military man. He's going to be Larsa's hero (and the reason he champions peace), so you can see why Larsa chose his name when he was undercover in Bhujerba.
Anybody want to fanfic this? Just let me know. Even if you want to suggest better names or something XD
Done in my notebook in regular 2B pencils. Thinking up costumes for them was a big pain. And I made baby Larsa have hair because he seems cuter that way.

I don't know about anyone else writing a fic about this, however I'm in the process of writing the prologue for mine.
I just got side-tracked with my new obsession with Fire Emblem (mainly Path of Radiance/Radiant Dawn.) I actually have most of the prologue done, I just couldn't figure out a way to continue.

I completely love your art style. the detail in their clothes (especially Lamont's. Heehee, Lamont, So that's why larsa chose that name.) and faces are incredible.
Also, just to let you know, I am writing a fanfiction about them, and I will be using the names you came up with. (I actually thought they were good.)

Yes, the idea is that Vayne and Larsa paralleled their 2 older brothers separately. Yes, I think Vayne was something like Anakin Skywalker (pardon the lame SW reference here): ambitious and a bit cruel when it came down to doing what he thought was right.

Um, well I'd highly recommend playing the game for yourself and seeing what YOU make of it firsthand. Or just go to youtube and watch the cutscenes (some people have uploaded them with the full movies and everything).
Well, I've never gone on FF Wikia, but from what I suspect, it's just like Wikipedia. Anyone with an account can write anything they want. Not to say that the interpretation there is wrong, but I suspect that it gives people who didn't really get into the game, or a casual observer, the wrong idea.

Well, I don't think that doing that will produce any results. The owners of FF Wikia have every right to write whatever they want. It's just how you interpret it.
I never saw Drace as being Larsa's surrogate mother (officially, at least). To me, a surrogate would have changed him, fed him, and bathed him as a baby, and I don't think that Drace would be assigned to that. She was probably assigned to educate Larsa when he was slightly older.
