I actually drew this out the other day, and it was meant to be a whole picture with Kite on the mast of the ship in which the Blue Bloods sail, but I was lacking motivation and turned it into a sticker instead.
Drew it in about 20 minutes, I need to work on his raid and a Not-So-Seret-Anymore Birthday Picture I've been working on for a special somebody XD Lots of TGO rt will be coming from me soon, and probably some PKMNC too since I'm stoked about getting in.
ALSO, dont really pay heed to his belt. I was just trying to think of where he'd stash his Golden Scope thingy, and figured he might slip it into a looped belt while out on missions. Not an important or a offical accessory XD

The shape of the picture is really interesting.
