Description Something I've been messing around with. I wish I could say there was some sort of pretentious symbolism, but there so isn't. I just wanted to draw bird cages. Also, patterns are fun to play with~

It's a very cool peice. You shouldn't have to apologize for not having a deep meaning to your work. Art is about expression, even if you don't know what it is your expressing. Creating something because you like it is where the best art comes from.

I have to admit I'm really drawn to the sewn-on clouds and checkered sky. Something about that just screams out. I think the bird cages could use a little work, just a yellow ball at the top would satisfy me. I keep thinking blender heads otherwise...that wouldn't be cool. The blue/tan color scheme for the main character is flat out beautiful but I wanna see her with one of those old flying ace helmets, complete with goggles!

Now... do more of these!

, I actually got the inspiration from a darkwave concert I was at in Denver. There was a guy wearing the BEST JACKET EVER so I sketched it and modified it to be cute and girly. So if you want a good visual of what the model was, think sharper angles with lots of buckles in black with red trim. ...if I'd colored her that way, I think the lure of fishnet stockings would have been too for my self-restraint.

Considering how uncontrollably hot that sounds...I kinda like this one since the color scheme seems more simple. I don't think the red hair would stand out as much as it does with what you describe.

...Now I wanna see her screaming "FALCON PAAAAAHHHNCH!" Why oh why did I sit and watch youtube videos of the craziest falcon punches in history!?
