One of the most amazing parts of him is while he’s aware of his talents he neither flaunts them nor does he feel better than other people.

Taiki knows he’s not perfect, he’s even aware that people can’t be perfect and that in itself would be a pointless endeavor.

He can’t help but feel like in some ways she’s perfect.

Maybe it’s the fact that she always tries so hard and achieves so much.

There’s no one that studies harder so far as Taiki knows, or takes such good care of their family and friends.

Maybe it’s how when she’s around it feels like he can do anything.

The impossible, the improbable, the unbelievable. Even when all she’s saying is how impossible it is, and advising strongly against it. He knows she believes in him and something about that is defies everything.

Maybe it’s the way she can always keep up with him. No matter what, no matter where he goes, no matter how far he goes, she’s right there. She sees past almost every single lie he might ever utter and denies him the ability to hide it.

She doesn’t even bother telling him he’s being ridiculous sometimes, sometimes she just shows up at the perfect moment like she just knows.

How does she always know? He’ll never even be able to guess. She’s sometimes a bit impossible to read.

He knows she has flaws, he knows her well enough that he could rattle them off easily and without hesitation. But despite this, even knowing this, he feels like she’s perfect.
