I forgot this existed
....I actually forget a lot of things exist mainly because it's all piling up. Long story short, my tablet was not configuring correctly to any of my programs so I went to drawing the way I used to, with a mouse in paint. Turned into this :I There was a long story behind this and I was gonna draw more to go with it but I believe I gave up :'D I'll have to make a big dump of all the doodles and stuff sitting around in folders and in my notebooks.

I would love to interpret this as Skipkow but...
1. Burt is an artist (painter).
2. He was in France.

There is still hope that Kowalski made Burt portray him to give the finished work to Skipper.

Hahahaha, crack ship? Jes. Yeah, perhaps it's like the "Brush with Danger" episode where Julien asked Burt to paint him. Maybe Skipper asked him to draw Kowalski or Kowalski asked Burt to draw himself in that pose, to give the picture to Skipper

Ahahaha see, don't doodle in paint, because these sort of things pop out XD ahaha I'm just kidding. This is so made of win! I'm in love with that sketchy black outline for some reason *o* I look forward to the dump and/or of course any artwork that you do
