As the utters these words, she then proceeds to end the show with a polite bow, then stands tall.

"Beforehand, I tried something similar with DOA5LR (the game itself) with cheat engine. Thinking it was fun, I decided to try it myself. And after the struggles I put myself through with it  , I said forget about it . So after months of mental debate with the left side of my brain and the other side of my brain, I finally decided to try out XNALara  ."
That's exactly how it all began. This was the exact same pose I did with Helena on the August of the previous year. And I thought it would be nice if I were to FINALLY make a rendered version of this.

Because to be honest with ya'll, I've planned to render this pose SINCE LAST YEAR , I encountered a little problem with the skin textures for this model so I backed out during that time and instead went with another pose   . And at that time, I DIDN'T EVEN THINK of just "borrowing" skin textures from OTHER Helena models that I've downloaded .

Thankfully an ally had decided to help me with the skin texture problem ("transparent" skin textures would appear dark when shown in blender for some reason), therefore instead of having to borrow skin textures, I was able to find a workaround!  But seriously the only reason why I revived the idea was because it's been a year since I decided to do this and I wanted to acknowledge it.

On this render, I had another mental debate whether to make the skin appear with swear or not. Because.... you know.... when you fight for who knows how long, you eventually sweat... I don't know if you people see it.

As for the lighting, I had ANOTHER mental debate as to whether I'm gonna imitate the lighting style of the Lorelei stage in DEAD OR ALIVE 5 (so bright that their skin looks a little pale or something), or the lighting style of the stage from DOA DIMENSIONS (orange-ish lights coming from the building)... OR rather, I'd imagine how the lighting would be if the Lorelei stage returned in DOA 6. And based on the sweat stage (seems like the only stage that returned from DOA5 that had NO changes), the lighting for DOA 6 seemed brighter but with balance... with... fair contrast to ensure that the characters don't look a little pale.

So in the end I went with the balance of the 2nd and 3rd options. I also had to worry about where the character(s) would be placed in the stage if they were to do their victory pose if the stage was in Dead or Alive 6, while thinking about what position takes less work to render.... The background I mean.

AND! (Stop already! )

Not to mention the coloring of Helena's coat and her sleeves. I tried my best to imitate the colors of the costume from Dimensions (model had darker coat and sleeves, far from it's original), I don't know if I got it right.

Now that I look back, I think I need to do something about the bow. It looks plain or something...

So there was that! I hope you people liked it! Any comments, "critiques", recommendations would be welcomed... If there are going to be any.
