Now this one is extremely close to photo-realism, and I can't identify any flaw at all.

I feel like as I've been continuing this painting series of alice nine, the style has become more defined and ...a lot better now, haha. Then again, I believe I made the first one more than a year ago, so... yeah XD
And lol, you're not an idiot XD Plus I think most people have kind of a misunderstanding about them because of their fanbase, so I don't blame you >.> I've been with them since the beginning, and they hold a special place in my heart, just like Mucc

It happens a lot - the influence of the fanbase just goes extreme (for example, Gackt's).

And..... I guess the misunderstanding about alice nine is that they're just a pretty boy band and their fans only listen to them because of their looks (so I guess it's similar to Gackt's misunderstandings XD ). There are a lot of stupid squealing fangirls in their fanbase, so people just... assume the worst without really listening to their music and giving them a chance >3<
alice nine came out in early 2004 (I think XD) which was just a little after I discovered Jrock in 2003. So nope, I definitely haven't been following Mucc since their beginning-- my first album was "Kuchiki no Tou" in '04.
