This, like all my other ideas, started out as a mere doodle. Then the mere doodle turned into a brilliant idea. Then the brilliant idea got developed, and coloured, and shaded, and such.And... well, here we are. Isn't little Mimikins just ADORABLE?!
And isn't it also interesting how I can make things so awesome when I use colouring pencils instead of markers??? It makes me wonder why I've been using markers so much thins entire year for art homeworks.
Took about 3-4 hours in total. Done with colour pencils , thin black outliner and the help of a ruler.

i was kind of aiming for creepy and slightly girly with this. i wanted something to show that she's a monster but still a little girl at heart.

Well, no problem there. You have good aiming, I found the balance between creepy and girly ^^ I think itΒ΄s exactly that same balance what I like about it. ^^ so for me, you could execute that idea pretty well.

you know that the spinning head, brutal cracking noises and hollow, wide eyes were actually meant to be a tribute to "the exorcist" ! (it actually says on super mario wiki!!!)
