Woah. It's truly amazing the difference in skill level between the orginal version of Statkadran ( [link] ) and this, huh? Statkadran looks much, much better now! For some reason I just felt like redoing him. Now he looks angry! But usually he won't look so mad.
This was heavily, heavily, extremely heavily influenced by [link] , my good friend 's redesign of Statkadran (in the top left corner). Thanks a ton Luna!

Yep. When it evolves, it "hatches." I was trying to keep with the theme of the original Pokemon Quartz, which also did that.
