Next we have the cold moth himself, Big Chill. I'm really happy with this one, definitely one of my favorites that I've made. A lot of their design is based off of some old concept art made for them.

As for power changes, they can still become intangible, and whatever they phase through will still freeze from the inside out, but they now no longer have freeze breath, instead they have the ability to suck the heat out of most things to the point where they freeze, essentially reverse freeze breath. I made this change to differentiate between his and Articguanas powers.
