This photo was taken by Peter Jiang. (he has no DA)As for the heartless- that was I.
I love the blue tent to my costume, it makes it creepy in a way.
Also, there is a dent in my head when Keys where thrown at me during A-con.. .and I didn't have time to fix it between then and this photo shoot. heh, but at least the picture turned out well. *shrugs*
Materials:
Acrylic paint.
Styrofoam
thick aluminum wire
leotard
foam flip-flops
fleece
black thin broadcloth
pantie-hoes
Bike helmet
epoxy glue
Half face mask- starting from forehead and ending at nose.
Cheep cotton yellow cloth.

What I did was:
I bought a pair of black flip-flops
I took a THICK aluminum wire and lined the entire flip flop and pointed the front. (you can find the wire at an home improvement store)
Placed the ending of the two wires in the middle (where your arch normally is)
sew the wire onto the foam (I suggest leather working needle (I used a "Straight Single 3 Square Point Heavy Gauge 12") that way you don't rip the foam.
hot glue the wire after sewing
Make a fleece cover (like a sock for your shoe)
cut the bottom out, stitch it to the flip-flop, that was you have grip. this step is optional since Fleece is very durable and can take being walked on for years. Just a reminder- leaving the fleece on the bottom will be like walking around in socks if you're on tile.

I have a question! lol... o.o well... school is almost over for me! The 14th of June and I was planning on working on a cosplay outfit during the summer cause I have 3 months till I go back to school! My friends have giving me many ideas on what to cosplay for but this cosplay for the Heartless seems so cool! You have inspired me to do it! But... (here's the question) I'm not good at making outfits and I do not own a sewing machine, is there any way you could give me step-by-step instructions on how to make this?

what fkind of fabric? did you sew the yes on with a mechin, ie a patteren for this costume, is it nessasary for the shoes e fabric, does it get worn down, ill the fabric stand though rain? is it washing safe?

Not a bad Neoshadow. Most people I see doing Heartless cosplays are normal Shadows. 
I'll have to show this to my sister. She wants to be a Neoshadow at some point.

Leotard, bike helmet, paper, a lot of wires and... oh hell, I forgot what the cloth is called.... it's thin and you can see through it, and I used a half mask and pantie-hos

Yeah, I went back to my workshop and noticed the concentration of blue in it. XD it's a REALLY dark blue fiber.

Wow, that's amazing; and the blue tint adds such a wonderful unimaginable touch to the whole thing!!! I'm just starting on my own heartless cosplay, although I won't be able to get a leotard I've already finished most of the head structure. I doubt that mine will ever compare to yours though. ^^
Also I want to point out that I like the way you did the eyes; the original heartless eyes are just simple circles but I went and made mine evilish looking anyway; it's nice to see that you did the same.
Btw, how was your vision affected through those eyes?

The blue tent was an accident in the picture, the costume only has the strange tent when I was outside, but when inside- it's black.
Oh, I saw you wire-frame outline to you upcoming heartless cosplay, it looks great. If I had the time to redo my costume, I would make it out of pure wire frame and continue with the cloth I am using now, since I am sure it'll be lighter then what I have now.
BTW report-
My sight wasn't limited that much, hummm, I didn't look out from the eyes, I looked out just below, though the black cloth. My vision wasn't compressed that much really- I could see fine, it was like waring sunglasses inside and out side. lol

I made it all without a pre-made pattern *points to head* I never seen a heartless costume made before, so I made my own sketches and patterns. BUT save for the leotard! ^_^ I had that done professionally.
It turned out nicely. so I am quite proud. And thank you for the complement!
