Aww... I want to go there someday but I don't think my parents would understand why I'd cry my eyes out there. I want to go to the Dakota building too and just sit there for a while and, like, cry... someday :/ I'd like to learn guitar and then go play there on the day he died and just keep playing and singing (With the relatively bad voice I have) until I go hoarse.

I've been there, too. It was such a lovely place to visit, but as someone that worships The Beatles it made me very sad when I walked across the street and paid a Dakota Arms gaurd to let me through the gate to visit where he died.
Sad, but its something I had to do...it was a powerful experience.

that was my favorite part of new york i think.
and i also like how people change the flowers and surrounding decorations all the time.
