"*Wolfchick36 Jul 24, 2013 Hobbyist General ArtistI had an idea for replacing the Whispering Falls!!! Maybe there's an underground cavern. There's a big hole in the roof of the crater that lets the moonlight shine through, which makes the stones and water seem almost silver. And the caves can echo with voices of ancestors of the past. And how new chiefs will get their stripes, is that water droplets fall off the limestone pillars on the ceiling, smearing their spots. And they sit on a stone in the center of the cave, sitting in the middle of a tide pool with ice cold water. That's where they do their meditating under the water fall stuff. "
Here's my concept art for the whispering waterfalls in the new territory o3o this might not be the final outcome for the design XD its just to show my ideas that i got from Wolfchicks description and her picture ^^

As awesome as this is, it's not exactly what I had in mind. The cavern is supposed to be mostly made up of water for the floor, and the water is extreamly deep. The waterfall ruines the concept because the water is supposed to be spring fed and we went with that because what are the chances the tribes are going to find ANOTHER waterfall for their holy grounds? Why are there so many cheetahs there?!Ā
No offense intended, thats just my opinion. As a painting, it is a beautiful peice.

ah its ok! i see where i misunderstood XD though where im from there are at least small waterfalls every so many feet appart if you are in the forest area, and the caves underground almost always have them .-. idk about africa though so i guess you could be right there lol

But isn't it called "whispering waterfalls" so there should be a waterfall? O_o You did Echoing caves which makes sense for your piece, but....AH! I'M CONFUSED!! X_x Don't matter, I can't draw shit to save my life so both you and Flashpelt have awesome designs ;3;

The original one is. I'm saying wouldn't it be a little strange if even with the entire move from the island to the mainland, the place where they meet with the Keepers is another waterfall? They changed from the Moon Stone to the Moon Pool in Warriors when they moved and that kept it interesting. The fans wouldn't be impressed if the cats found another Moonstone.Ā

waterfalls are pretty damn common xD But you have to admit, the stalactite water drops smearing the leader's spots to stripes in a pretty cool idea =3 Better than just having them "magically" appear.

And they didn't magically appear before. In the whispering waterfalls, a Chief would sit under the waterfall and the water would smear the spots.Ā

Oh. I never knew how they really worked. I couldn't find anywhere in the main jounrals (rules, hirtory, ect) where it said that....or maybe I was just blind and stupid.
