Description
Just a colored version of the lineart on a primary redesign of Tundra (Kuai Liang) from Mortal Kombat I did just for fun. I did it on Photoshop CS5 and I tried to give him an anime look.

Tundra was born Kuai Liang. He, his older brother, Bi Han, and a younger sister unknown, are the children of a Chinese Human/Cryomancer father and a Chinese human mother. When their mother was pregnant with their younger sister, their parents separated because of their father's membership with the secret clan of high trained assassins known as the Lin Kuei and they were kidnapped by the Lin Kuei. As the years progressed and they became grown men, they became highly skilled assassins, Bi Han being the stronger one and Tundra being the more skilled one. One day, the Lin Kuei sent Bi Han to assassinate the host of the tournament, Shang Tsung, but Bi Han failed to return and failed in achieving his mission. Because of this, he joined the eleventh Mortal Kombat tournament held in Outworld, to find out what happened to his brother Bi Han. He learns that his brother was murdered by the resurrected wraith known as Scorpion, a former member of an extinct former rival clan of the Lin Kuei known as the Shirai Ryu. He battled him and after the fall of Outworld and Netherrealm, they learned the truth on why Scorpion killed Bi Han and Scorpion vowed to become Tundra's ally and protector and Earthrealm was at peace and he later became the Grand Master of the Lin Kuei and sided with the Defenders of Earthrealm and later on, the Forces of Light, to help protect the realms and seek further enlightenment.

Tundra is from Earthrealm. He has human features and body structures, hair and eyes, stand upright, have two arms that have two hands with five fingers on each hand and two legs that have two feet and five toes on each foot. His body resembles that of a human male, but since he is a Cyromancer, his skin is very rough and he also has a high tolerance for the cold because of his ability to manipulate ice. His skin color would resemble the skin color of a very pale Asian human male because he is part Cryomancer and Cryomancers have very pale skin. His facial structure resembles that of an Asian human male. He also has average sized lips. He has a nose that resembles an Asian male. He has a pretty tall height, standing at 6' 2" and he has a regular body build.

His skills in combat would be very diverse consisting of many different fighting styles and the art of Ninjitsu. He has attacks that uses the manipulation of ice and very cold water. He can freeze his enemies, create a puddle of water to make his opponents slip, create a stational copy of himself made of ice, slide using ice and even do this to either headbutt his opponent or charge into them, teleport by freezing himself and appearing behind his opponent, freeze the ground to make it slippery, create ice smoke around his body to freeze his opponent who gets close to him and create ice boulders. Since he is extremely ruthless, he is known to rip out his opponent's spine but as he got older, he would finish them off with ice based attacks.

In contrast to being an extremely highly skilled warrior and assassin, Tundra is incredibly intelligent. He is known to be a very cold hearted person and extremely ruthless. Tundra is also known to have a lot of honor and self-discipline. He is a stern and distant man of great integrity. He is very ruthless to all who he feels is a threat to him and wouldn't ever think twice about killing those who he calls enemies.

Design Description:
For his hairstyle, I gave him a black medium hairstyle because it is an updated version of his MK3 appearance.

To start off, he has light blue eyes because he is part Cyromancer and Cryomancers have blue eyes and very pale skin. He has a very pale skin tone because I wanted him to look like an individual who has an immunity to the cold. He has a huge scar on the right side of his face on his eye because he attacked by a rival clan, the Tengu clan, which is frozen and his eyebrow on the same side, is frozen.

For the upper body area, I gave him a black and blue suspenders with three blue straps in the middle. It is a redesign of his MK3 design. He also has black gauntlets that expose his forearms and they are shaped like an X. They have silver bands on the wrists. Once again, a redesign of his MK3 outfit.

His lower body has a black belt that has silver linings on the edges and a silver square belt buckle in the middle. He has a blue loincloth with the logo of the Lin Kuei in black on the bottom. He has black and blue pants with silver linings on the blue parts. He has silver knee pads with the straps that is blue. He has blue shin guards with silver straps on the top. He also sports black boots with blue design in the middle and silver soles on the bottom. It is a redesign of MK3 design.
