I'm sorry, but I believe if it is half (inset bird here) and half something with hooves, it's a hippogriff.

I feel like the anatomy of the creature is a bit off. Something about the curve of the wings seems a bit strange... Like it should be curving back into space.
The coloring is nice, though distracting a bit in comparison to the aggressive pose.
I'd like to see the back legs a bit more refined - they blend in with the grass so much that I can't tell what kind of feet they are intended to be.
But I really like the uniqueness to the striped back end :3

Wow, that's fierce creature! It really has great colors, I love that bright red (it looks more red than pink on my screen but it has pinkish touch). Very cool combination of white tiger and bird! The way you have drawn trees is lovely, very light and fresh.
This is something new from you; I can still recognize your style but there is different touch this time. Maybe it is the lighter shading as you said yourself. ^^

Hmm, I adore the detail here, as usual. The movement of the feather flowy out is nicely done, and I love the talons. The pink and white-tiger mix, is perfect, I've always loved black and pink. c:
Hmm, and if you dont mind a little critique, the wings are attached to the body in a way, although styalized, will not give any lift to the gryphon.

I actually enjoy the dramatic style better, but only because I need to work on my lighting skills and your art helps gives me ideas and stuff

Very awesome and cool looking gryphon, excellently drawn. Though I don't think the color goes well with the background... YOu might wanna try and experiment a bit with the background to make it more fitting. For example, you can keep the green grass, but you could make the trees truly brown, and the space between them somewhat reddish. Other than that, great work!
